Long story short, a friend found this baby turtle or tortoise in her new, tall, raised garden bed... no way it climbed in there so guessing it either came in her purchased soil or got dropped by a predator from above? I told her I’d look after the lil guy but not sure what species it might be...
I currently have 2 Russians inside a fridge. 1 sleeps fully inside her shell and 1 sleeps with all her limbs out like you describe. Because she is cold, her limbs are rigid, but will slowly move when touched. Does yours move?
