This guy was found under a car in a parking lot and brought to my house as I have an enclosed backyard. He's been with me over a week and I never thought to look at the condition of his underbelly. Frankly, I'm horrified!! Thoughts or any insight as to his overall condition would be appreciated.

We're so new, we a) don't know what kind of tortoise we are and b) are seemingly incapable of working the site! Here is my tortoise. He/She was found in a parking lot near a park and was given to me because I have a fenced yard. Any help would be appreciated!! TIA, Sandi
