Does anyone from Georgia know of a torotise sanctuary

Hi I am a proud owner of 2 leopard tortoises. Today while I was cleaning their enclosure I say a weird kinda red rash on his neck. Should I be worried?

My tortoise keeps eating moss, is that ok, I saw him eat it like twice. Don't know what to do. Help Thanks

So 8 hav 2 leo, torts. One is 3 years and one is 2 years. And I am concernedabout their growth. The 3 year old weights 59 grams and the 2 year old weights 113 grams. And they seem too small for their age.I am very stressed about it.if yall can help please. Thnks

So I have been very busy and forgot about torotise forum bc I had the app and now it's no there. Now leo is 3 ish years old. And I have another torotise lucy. And I guessed the gender. But I want a new enclosure for them so I want it big. So any ideas.

I had my leopard for 1 year now and he is just 31 grams he is not growing either. I am concerned with the tortoise Failure syndrome and he might have it.
