he just open his mouth again but didn't put his head up high he just open his mouth wide any idea what it could be

ok will do but i have a heat mat on a night but cant get it over 25 c what can i do to get it up a bit

In the day it is on the hot spot is 33 c and cool side 23 - 25 and night it will stay at 22 or 25 c humidity around 70%

but he does come out to get some water or food some times

the light i have is a bit bright but i do look and see all the time i look his eye s are not open

what do i have to look out for just if he is stating to get sick just want to be safe

i will take one now

he would not eat alot of greens but he eats alot of tortoise diet i got him to eat some greens a hour ago and i cut down on the tortoise diet

5 months old

he does sleep alot do you think that is why he is stretching his neck out and opening his mouth wide

he did it a few mins after he got up from sleep it could be a yawn but i want to be on the safe side

Hi A few days ago i seen my red foot tortoise stretching his/she neck out and opening her/his mouth wide. i would just see it 1 time a day or i wont see it at all one day but i saw it today my red foot tortoise is about 5 months old i don't know how i can help my tortoise or do i have to go to...
