My radiata is walking and eating fine but I've noticed he is a bit pink near the skin of his head. Is this an ear abscess and could this also be a skin infection? Im thinking about doing the lancing myself. If I go to the vet do I watch for anesthesia and too much vitamin A given by the vet?

That form say it expires in 2020. I thought the permit was valid for 5 years? Also, does it matter what state the form says it from?
