I started giving him soaks with a little bit of carrot baby food in it (someone recommended it) and I wet his substrate a little bit more. I’m happy to see he is doing better and thank you so much for the reply! I was literally in a panic when his eyes were swollen.

He is under 6 months old.. I’m not exactly how old on tortoise town he was just advertised as a hatchling under 6 months. I was planning on getting an aquarium just until he was about a year or two and then moving him into a large wooden enclosure.
