What is white spot above its mouth? I just spot it a week ago

i had xray my baby sulcata (5-6cm) and there are stones inside of it. What kind of treatment can i give to this baby. I already keep for 6 months. The vet that i went not recommend for any operation because the size is too small. Thanks before

i just bought sulcata, red foot and russian tortoise. I just wonder can i keep them in the same enclosure? For now the live on the 100x60 cm box with a uvb/uva bulb. And is that normal that my baby sulcata always sleep all day long? I have 3 babies and one of them is very active but the others...
