    Slime and Squeaky tortoise

This enclosure is still not even close to acceptable. You should really ask your parents for help. if they can't or won't, you should look to give him away. H e will not survive the way you are keeping him. What are you doing to provide water for the tortoise?

Want to trade a male for a female sulcata

You would/should keep them both separated regardless of sex. Trading a male for a female would just cause another set of problems.

Mycoplasma, night time heat and adoption

@maggie3fan I would never argue against your experience. You have forgotten more about torts than I could even hope to learn. I will still stand by my statement that the OP's temps are still off and that the daytime temps all need to be raised.

Mycoplasma, night time heat and adoption

If the enclosure stays at 70 or above(without any added heat) at night then additional heat is not required. Raising the daytime temperature to the appropriate Temps should be done immediately. The daytime enclosure Temps are all too cold, sick tort or not.

Mycoplasma, night time heat and adoption

Your Temps are all off... 95-100 basking. 80-85 ambient. If your enclosure stays at 70 or above you don't need night heat https://www.tortoiseforum.org/threads/sticky-hermanns-tortoise-care-sheet-updated.101410/...

Without having all the facts and setup info and pictures etc it would be really tough to say what was the exact cause.
