Maybe try knocking on doors and introducing yourself and giving a brief explanation of the situation along with the flyer? It might make people more likely to remember and keep an eye out.

@TechnoCheese I don't have much advice other than what's been offered ( trying to recruit neighborhood kids to look ), but I'm praying for Curtis' safe return. Don't give up hope, no matter what. I can't imagine how hard this must be, but we're all here for you. :<3:
The Kane mat I got from @TylerStewart at tortoisesupply.com does not have an integrated thermostat that enables/disables power as far as I know. It is supposed to maintain 37F above ambient temperatures at all times, according to what I remember from the paperwork.
