  • Hi my greek tortoise who is almost a year old (will be one year old in December) has not been pooping lately. He continues to eat regularly and bathe regularly (30 minutes every other day in luke warm water) he tries very hard to get his stool out but always fails. He used to be very active and such but lately he has almost seemed weak. Should I take him to the vet? Please help. I'm very concerned for him. Thank you!

I hope you have gotten help for him by now.. lots of advise on the forum. Mineral oil will help . but if weak, it may need a Vet.. if you house on sand, get rid of it.. make sure you are feeding properly and keeping warm enough
Hi, i've recently joined the forum. i have a beautiful tort but i haven't dealt with pets before. therefore i need help and advice on how to handle a tortoise. i feed it, bathe it, and take it out for a "walk" in the sun. But that's about all. i would indeed appreciate your help here.

Hello, my name is Naomi & I have a 9-10yr old Sulcata tortious, she's 30lbs. I saw you have a few tortoises & was hoping you could give me advice on my Hannah. Her shell has started looking so dry and kind of started lifting. Do you know of any good products I should be using to fix her up?
