    So my Tortoises only likes lettuce he hisses at me if I give him anything else! What can I do.

    You may want to make a post. Right now, you’ve only made a comment on your profile.
    That “hissing” is just them releasing air to go into their shell. Chop up lettuce into very small pieces, and mix it into the foods you want to feed, also chopped small.
