AWESOME!!!! You know diamonds and dynamite both come in small packages. Turbo has both (Diamonds and Dynamite personality).

Say greg I wonder have you tried to track down sampsons lineage? I would be willing to aid financially if needed to do blood panels and haplotype analysis of him. he certainly seems like he may carry the seychelles species(Dipsochelys hololissa. He is definitely a different island subspecies of some sort, or at least has the looks of it.

Sampson certainly seems like he may carry the seychelles species(Dipsochelys hololissa. He is definitely a different island subspecies of some sort, or at least has the looks of it.

Absolutely. Im a tortoise nerd like that. LOL. Hard to say really especially since hes 100 (or so) years where he originated from. But there are many island species of aldabras. Similar to Galapagos. Kinda off topic in a way. but have you seen the story on Jonathan. Hes a Dipsochelys hololissa, and one of the oldest specimens around. Its kinda like the surf island ones. They are different from the Mauritius type. Anyways I have to work tomorrow. So I gotta go to sleep. I will call you tomorrow some time, and we will chat about it. I know Duke university can do a haplotype analysis. Dr.Mader Im sure has some skill to take some blood samples from the sampsonator for it.
