The mom (MollyPollyRosa) is @12 and the dad (Saturn) @6.
I bought the mom a year or so ago without any history. She had many infertile clutches with me and this baby is her first to hatch.
The dad I raised from a hatchling. As a hatchling, he was very light with no markings; and was very domed.
One thing that is note worthy...her eggs are always small, much smaller than my other female's eggs. And this baby hatched at a "normal" size. I was thinking it was going to be tiny.
Judging from the footprints up there near the light, I'd say one of your guys has been stealing your tennies to wear occasionally. Have you noticed any shoes with some sand inside?
So, these are the first white ones you've had? Are you going to keep them to see how they grow and if they keep the light color? Would love to see updates as they progress
I really like this one, but I am not sure if I will keep it, yet.
A lot of them hatch out "pale" and color up some. With my experience, before their first year is over, they all look "typical". I pick them out by personality and their face because that does not change.
Some have bright yellow/orange heads with some markings, but that soon fades. At the same time, my breeders have a yellow glow on their heads and necks during the summer.
Here is a baby that hatched a couple of weeks ago from another female.
