Gypsy gets a "salad" every day as well as Mazori pellets every other day - I weigh her once a week. I got her at 50 grams at 12/7 she was 57 grams and now she's back down to 52 grams.

she's been going up and down - after losing Tank I want to make sure we don't lose her too! Any tips?? Please?

I assume you are keeping her at proper temps? Needed to digest and utilize their meals.
Do you soak her daily to keep her hydrated?

Yes she is kept at proper temps - and she is soaked every other day (as I read 3x a week) I'll start doing it daily

she does have water in her enclosure

Do you feed any protein to her?

I read not to give her protein until she was 6 months *until last night on here* I gave her some egg - which she enjoyed

what other proteins are good

I've heard boiled chicken is good. And pill worms, butter worms, etc worms. I feel of a baby tort was in the wild s/he would eat worms no matter the age as a natural instinct thing, so I bet that would be the safest bet

I don't have redfoots because they told me when I was going to buy one that I should feed them a baby mouse every other week or so...maybe you can try that?

Pinkies are disgusting, there are so many other great protein sources for RF's. They are piglets, will eat just about anything you put in front of them. Personally I find them very easy to keep. CHE, a Blacklight and a ReptiFogger. No big deal!
