More has been completed on the room since this picture. It is holding heat in the single digits and I am expecting another clutch of eggs today.

Not sure what "full" adults mean. LOL
They have been producing babies for many years.

Here is my little setup for some of my Tortoises. Two table type open top enclosure, one box type (2 foot by 4 foot) enclosure.

Wow, this is awesome! Is there a link to a past post with the how to & what used? What kind of substrate do you use? It looks like its easy to keep clean?

Wauw, they have taken over your livingroom :) What is that big tube for? Just for hanging the plants and the lights? Also, do I see a huge humidfier?

Please let me know what you think I could improve on my table for my 2 leo's.

After I saw your enclosure I was so happy that you came up with this modular idea. I will soon to copy your set-up for the two new indoor enclosure I will build for the Burmese star tortoise which I will going to get next year. Putting block of dirt and grass into the enclosure will help me to solve the low humidity issue in California, we just get too dry here in the winter time (below 50%). This is why you saw I have a huge humidifier that pump mist into all three tables, with this big guy, I only can keep at about 60~65%.

Those PVC pipes are just for hanging the light and plants. I may soon to reduce the size of them so I can double stack them.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes the live grass will solve the humidity issues. The humidity in the grass is +95%. Just make sure you have enough grass to "rotate" around.

Make sure you show me pictures of your new setup. I am really looking forward to it!

Merry Xmas :)

Thank you for the tips.

I think what I will do is to rotate the module, kept few of them outside, under the sun and weather to let them grow, then take them inside for the tortoise to "cut them down". Those weed in my front yard can grow two inches in a week.

I will for sure share the new enclosure when I set it up. Thanks again and Happy Holiday to you and your family too.
