They are so cute. They, even at that little age, have those intense eyes like your adults. Very serious looks.:D

Nice little ones! Is it weird that I had a voice in my head that made it sound like an announcement for a game. Not sure if you wanted that affect.

You always have great pics up, really.cool little ones...im curious and have a dumb ?, do the hypos require different care then a "regular" redfoot? Or is it all the same?

These torts look so pretty with the purple flower petals around them! It's a nice contrast.

Love looking at these little babies :)

Not a silly question at all .......( how we all learn! ) .... they are kept the exact same way ....as your Regular RF's

So cool to have the two different strains. Was this your first year successfully breeding both?

First hypo I produced was in 2011.....
I do have a young male I added to the herd ( this year) who is unrealted to any Hypo in the USA. He is a few years off from the " girl chasing" but nice to have some other " Male Genes" ... to play with genetics.
Here pictured with some two of the younger females who are around 6-7" SCL . ( He is in the middle )

and the 3 Adults .... who are producing now ...

They are so gorgeous... Ah I just love that beautiful light shell.

Also, your last picture of the "smiling" adult is precious!!!

Will the little ones stay that light?

Hypo's all remain light through their lifetime ....Pictures will vary in coloring because of lighting, also an interesting fact....They do darken up a bit when living outside as opposed to being kept under artificial lights. Plus the simple fact...." Dirt" - This too...makes the coloring a bit darker. The adults are light too......

Those are some really beautiful adults you have! You are one lucky person being able to care for them, keep, and breed them.

I knew all hypos are lighter in general but I wasn't sure if those little guys would darken up to look like your bigger ones of not. They are definitely lookers! And thanks for the info! :)
