She is so cute!!! Love that she is eating in front of you!! Sammy hasn't eaten in front of me yet. But that could be because there where 4 kids looking at her so she went and hid.... :) She did however come out when we where all up stairs.

Yes, I'm sure not having a bunch of people staring at you helps haha. I was the only one here when he/she came, so just me lol

how much water you pour into the substrate
mine seems dry pretty fast under the basking light

hahaha, you change the hide to pink color
I know its still too cold for leave plant outside.....lol

I didn't change the clear hide yet, lol. I recently got two different babies and they are in two different enclosures :) This is a different tort/enclosure than the other pics I posted:)

I put enough water in the substrate so that it forms together in a ball when you squeeze it. Not dripping, just enough to get it to stick together in a ball when formed.

Thanks! I'm so mad I have to work all day today! I just want to go home and watch them!

Both babies seem to be adjusting nicely! They are both insanely cute!! I just need to do a little enclosure landscaping :)

I can't wait for the plexiglass doors on the front of this one, it makes it so much easier to clean, feed , watch and photograph!
