How much will a 6 inch redfoot tortoise grow in a 75 gallon tank? Or will they even grow? (Yes I know they need more space but I got the little guy at petco before I knew that) also he/she gets the right amount of humidity and a good diet

He'll probably outgrow it in 8 to 10 months.
(to be honest, he's probably already too big for it. They need lots of walking around room, lots of plants, a couple hiding places, a waterer big enough for his whole body and a feeding tile. By the time you factor in all that your 75 gallon tank is pretty crowded.)

Okay, I was worried he wouldn't grow at all
Well, its sadly possible they don't grow. I rescued a leopard raised in a small tank. When I got him he was less then half the size of the one I raised but the same age. He couldn't walk either.
Once he got the proper care and some rehabilitation for his walking, he finally caught up and walks like a champ.
No guarantee they will recover though.
So, get him set up in a proper enclosure before damage is done.
