Hello! & What Type of Tortoise Do I Have?

I just joined.
I am hoping to find out the proper care for my tortoise.
(I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong section!)
I would like to know what type of tortoise I have, and what supplements I need to be giving it.

@raetta : If you'll post pictures of the underside of the tortoise we can tell you for sure what species he is.

I would say a Hermanns too but not 100% sure.
He has beautiful markings.
Where did you get him and how long have you had him?

Thank you! My boyfriend got him a few months ago from a reptile store (I'm not certain which), but since my boyfriend started having to work out of town, I have started taking care of them. (My boyfriend also got a sulcata from a different reptile store.) I think we got some incorrect information from one of the stores he went to, so I spent all day yesterday researching, re-designing their living situations, and ordering some of the equipment, vitamins, and diet supplements.

The advice and expertise on this site has been invaluable to me! I look forward to putting it all into practice so that these little tortoises can have a good, healthy life.

Plastron looks like Eastern Hermann’s.
@HermanniChris will be able to confirm!

Certainly is an eastern Hermann’s (Testudo hermanni boettgeri).
