An idea is to keep a log book and weigh your tortoise using kitchen scales as it is very dehydrated weight will be low. However as this improved along with good food weight is going to the increase which personally I find rewarding. Share pics again in a month or so ☺️.
Sand / Soil is not recommended as they can ingest and then it piles up within them best substrate is coconut coir husk you buy in bricks and add water to rehydrate and /or orchid bark which is what I use. Read Toms sheet as there is guidance on all matters. Great news on bath progress.

When I visited Jordan as a kid I would find "toot" everywhere, and my dad would eat the berries off the bushes. Funny enough they're mulberries and I had no idea. I thought you may also have some in Saudi Arabia too and it might be easy to find, which is why I suggested :)

https://www.thetortoisetable.org.uk/plant-database/viewplants/?plant=257&c=4 they are safe!
Thank you yes we had some mulberry trees near the sea in Saudi Arabia but in Riyadh I have never seen them at the plant nurseries. Thanks so much
