Often, when I'm sitting outside with my tortoises, they come to my feet and try to bite my toes. I hope they're just playing, it's rather funny possibly a little creepy too.

I'm 100% sure that mine would eat my toes, legs, etc.

I will miss my “little” boy but now he has more space and will have a great home. He was only a couple days old when I got him ?
It sounds like you did the right thing. Certainly could not have found a better keeper for him. I'd dump a Sulcata on Ed, but he's my friend and does not deserve that lol

I had assumed that.
I'm making him a sleeping enclosure.
But he might still prefer that drainage pipe or the spot under the hibiscus.

He usually slept in his little hose but he also liked to sleep in a small orange plastic pale.
