Spike has made so much progress!!!

First - thank you all so much for helping Spike learn to like water! Bath time still has the occasional struggle, but it is nowhere as traumatic as it used to be. Still having MAJOR difficulties getting regular veggies into the diet, but I honestly this little turtle is just sooo excited to be eating worms for the first time - the previous owners told me that they never once gave Spike protein :(

First picture is the day Spike was dropped off - second picture is a few days ago!!! Regular food, water, playtime and getting to dig and burrow for the first time = night and day difference. Such beautiful colors!!!
