It looks great! :D What does Opo's setup look like on the porch area?
Nothing special but I will take a pic tomorrow and post. I still need to make a winter enclosure. I have to quit saying that and do IT!

Here are some pics! Since I put the fence up. I moved some things outside. I used to have 3 of those white trays with a humid hide and another tunnel and a basking rock with a 65w flood light.
My wife yesterday took everything off the porch and washed the porch. So I just put back one tray for basking. As you can see I need to hang the light. All summer Opo was going out into his fencef in area and basking. But I am losing the sun in the morning now. 20191009_101749.jpg 20191009_101839.jpg 20191009_102345.jpg

I love the setup Ray :) I imagine Opo enjoys himself -- does he march along the interior perimeter of the walls when he's enclosed? Vladimir has worn down a tortoise trail all around his perimiter to his outside yard.

He goes out there and marches the perimeter. Finally he settles down and grazes or basks. Then he usually goes into one of the hides. Twice about 5PM he left the outside hide and went to bed in his box on the porch. I thought maybe he was getting the idea. My wife has to get him out of the hides and put him in his box. My wheelchair will not go in that area. The ground is to soft.

Vladimir is funny - he'll be out in his yard doing his thing all day, but around 4 or 5 he'll go pace up and down the front wall or scratch at his gate. Once I open the gate up, he walks himself around the house to the back deck where the door is to go into his room.

Sometimes he'll switch it up though, and go up the stairs to the front porch and go in through the front door. Once inside he just marches through the house to get back to his room for me to put him in his enclosure. :D

So I weighed Opo on Oct 28th but forgot to take a pic. He weighed 16lbs 10 oz..
Here is today's weigh in. 17lbs 14oz. I imagine he might slow down gaining weight in the winter. Opo is not eating as much with the cooler weather.

Wow! He’s really blowing up.. Looking great Ray. He’s a lucky tort:)
Blowing up is the keyword. :)
I know I am part of the situation. I feed him to much. Now I understand what I have read about slow growth. By not over feeding I think his growth rings would be wider and smoother. But it's hard not to make him happy. When he walks back and forth scratching the door. It's hard not to feed him. :D
