It looks to be a possible mix but clearer, additional photos are needed to make a better assessment.

Let's see if @HermanniChris has some words of wisdom for you. It may be an intergrade???
Is the a reason nobody wishes to have a guess on know what she may be?
I have read many times about care being tailored to species/subspecies but how can I do think is without finding out what she is?
Maybe someone can refer to a website or something to find out please.

I'll make my guess, but @HermanniChris will be much more definitive.

I beleve you have a young, male Egyptian Tortoise. Probably about 3 years old now. Their plastron markings do fade with some age. No spurs on thigh, no terminal tail claw. The shape of the plastral scutes looks Egyptian to me. Testudo kleinmanni

Interesting it is 14 months and has always had a yellow plastron as far as I'm aware.

This is interesting and the little tortoise is very beautiful! Stick around here - the right answer often takes time and input from more than one expert!
