We have an 8 year old male cherry that needs a new home. Unfortunately we are moving and this boy needs to find a new home with other cherries. Very sweet. Please contact me if you can help!

Please try to ask lots of questions to anyone attempting to take your Redfoot.
EVERY time a member offers a "free" or inexpensive tortoise, they get contacted by folks who are brand new and unknown to the forum.
We call them TROLLS.
A TROLL will often never have posted before. Sometimes their other posts were all in response to other free tortoises.
These people's motives are unknown.
They could re sell your tortoise...Or want it on impulse and give it a horrible life.....
I just wanted you to be aware.
Check the people that contact you out.
Ask questions.
Ask for photos.
Good luck.

Hi there! I would love to give your shell baby a new home. I don't have any cherries, but I do have two redfoots...one adult male and one adult female.......so I am familiar with their care, etc. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and have lots of room for outdoor enclosures so he would have plenty of room to roam. He would be able to live outdoors for most of the year here. In the colder months, we bring our torties into our sunroom which is heated for their comfort. I would be happy to pay for shipping. If you think I might be a match, let me know. I would be happy to send pics of my torties, enclosures, etc (I have 6 in all right now). One of our redfoots is in my profile pic....and if you look at my media gallery, you will see pics of my other tortoises as well. Let me know what you think. I'd love to hear from you. We are actually in the process of building new, larger outdoor enclosures right now, and I would be happy to send you pics of those if you are interested. They should be finished in a couple of days. PS - I used to live in Enfield, CT.....What part of CT are you in?
