Help im new to this

Hi my name is Charlie and i just adopted a 7 years old male Russian tortoise. The guy we got him from gave us the lights, hide. I just went and got everything else for him. the temp is like 73F and its not going up i dont know if its the heat lamp or what and my AC duct it right above the terrarium . Also he has not pooped today. He only eats romaine lettuce and he is always in his hide. please tell me what im doing wrong and how to fix it.

Hi Charlie, I’m sure one of the moderators will have some questions, about you setup conditions and they can give you very specific advice, but I would move the enclosure away from the AC unit.
