Can you feed a tortoise snail eggs?

I was wondering if tortoises can eat snail eggs (helix aspera and white Italian snail eggs) as I recently got a cage full of snails and babies and they will have eggs sometime, might keep some but can't keep all. On a snail forum someone said koi fish and tortoises can eat the unwanted eggs, is this true?

I can't really say if its a good thing, bad thing, beneficial thing, or harmful thing, but my adult bowsprits will eat snails fairly greedily. I tend to give them some this time of year (late spring, early summer). They eat the shells and all, but I am not sure about eggs.

I wouldn't purposely feed snail eggs to grazing tortoises, tortoises that don't usually eat animal protein. I'm sure they eat these things in the wild, but your captive tortoise isn't in the wild. Now if you want to feed them to box turtles or other land turtles, or water turtles, that sounds like a pretty good idea.

Do you cultivate the snails or feed out the ones you find in the yard?

They are just from my yard so they might actually eat more than I think. I only give them a few a month over the summer.

My Redfoot loves snails. I see him finding them in the yard all the time.
