What are these white lines?

There are these white lines in between my tortoise shutes. Is this she’ll rot?

Have you tried lightly brushing it with a toothbrush and some water to see if it comes off?

Does it look like growth or rot?
Not growth, to me it does look like maybe a fungus growing? If it were me I'd put a dab of anti fungal cream on it a few days if it doesn't come off with a toothbrush. Let's See what some other more experienced keepers say. @Markw84 @Yvonne G and @ZEROPILOT knows a lot about shell rot.

So the white did not go away but the lines became very thin and looks more like growth now

Edit: just scrubbed again and most of it came off. There is still traces but not in large

That is the new growth lines on a sulcata. The first stage of a new growth expansion at a seam is the white lines develop as new keratin starts to form. A sign of good new active growth.
