MY ANOTHER PROBLEM IS FROM THEIR SMALL AGE ONWARDS THERE ARE NOT EATING HIBISCUS LEAVES OTHER THAN THIS THE Y WILL EAT ALL LIKE

Direct sun light is important to torts. For the floor, you could buy some plastic trays on .5 inches height, and put some soil in it. Then, in it, you could easily grow weed, coriander etc. The torts will like it. Also ensure to dedicate one tray with water so that they have a pond to soak themselves in.
