Too late for me to cut them back to prevent fruiting. Many of my trees are 10-20 feet tall. I can easily feed him the leaves but do I need to be sure the fruit stays out of his enclosure? Is it harmful or just something to avoid?

I don't know about in Texas, but here in Central California my fruited mulberries already have berries and they're already turning color.
