Cool. Just watch the temp inside the little shelter part. It is likely to over heat in the direct summer sun. I'd mount a digital thermometer in there to record the highs and lows.

Yes,the lil one just don't grow,we make sure it eats,Andre is just a big 1 and a half year old

Unfortunately, hes most likely not growing because he's being dominated by the other. Best not to keep tortoises in pairs.
