Please be sure to read the threads pertaining to raising a young sulcata. You'll find them pinned towards the top of our Sulcata section. We have more current information regarding raising babies than what you might be familiar with.

Cool. Just watch the temp inside the little shelter part. It is likely to over heat in the direct summer sun. I'd mount a digital thermometer in there to record the highs and lows.

Have they been kept together in the same enclosure?

Yes,the lil one just don't grow,we make sure it eats,Andre is just a big 1 and a half year old

Unfortunately, hes most likely not growing because he's being dominated by the other. Best not to keep tortoises in pairs.
