Tortoise drinking more often ....

I've had a water bowl big enough for him to climb in as well as drink from, but only recently has he actually taken drinks.

I soak him 5-6 times per week, so maybe he was getting enough water through that and his food, but it seems as though as he approaches nine months of age that he is needing more as the video camera in his enclosure is recording.

We’re going to have to buy a bigger fridge if we hibernate this year; who would have thought a Russian would outgrow a mini fridge? She’s a mini herself! Or was...
Yup, me too. The problem is the shelf depth. You can get them in, but they can't turn around.[emoji53]

I never see Chug drink or soak. The most he does is dip his toesies in, and walk away.

I soak every other day, and make sure his greens are doused with water.
