I soak her for 20-25mins every other day and spray her and the tank daily. I also sprinkle calcium over her food once-twice a week . I’ve attached some pictures of her shell. Any suggestions ? Is it actually starting to pyramid or am I going crazy ? Thanks in advanced !

Yes there is some slight pyramiding he needs a high humidity 80% and you wont get that with and open top enclosure and spraying. You need to put a top on the enclosure so its fully closed and the substrate needs to be wet not just sprayed and temps no lower then 80 day and night with basking of 95-100.
