How sad is this ?!!!

Omg those crazy little guys! Duck taped legs... how mean! You can see the one on the left ate some of the adhesive and maybe some of his tape to free himself!

People are a$$holes!

I hope they find good homes for them! (The torts, not the humans! The humans should be duck taped and thrown in a suitcase, below a plane... on the way from Alaska to Minnesota in .... January!) remove the problem makers!

Very sad. If they would start handing down really stiff penalties a lot of people would think twice about smuggling and abusing animals

Its so sad thats A LOT of tortoises/turtles, not to mention the container lids are warped to the max and tapped because they are so jam packed into the containers, poor things. Only 1 year ......possibly 2 for that many abused animals? That makes me mad, thats not a real penalty to prevent this person from doing it again.

This is what happens when the government(s) allow people no legal means to do what they want to do. Sulcatas and red eared sliders aren't endangered. Why not allow people to get a license, do all the correct import/export paperwork, and safely and humanely move CB animals as they see fit?
