2y/o female pushing out her rectum?? Uterus?? Pink organ with a protuberance in each side. Is passing stool when soaking, but not as much as usual. Still eating. I’m concerned.

Sounds like a male to me. When males get to be breeding size the penis comes out when they poop or pee. Then when they get the feel of it, they play with it for a week or so.

(It's only called a prolapse if it stays out and can't go back inside)

You have a male. They all look female when young. You really can't tell until they are 14-16", except in the case of a male that flashes its penis at a smaller size, like yours.

Who told you it was female?

It sounds like he’s just playing with his thingy. As long as he brings it back in, he should be fine. I had a reptile vet that told me Dexter was a she, when he was definitely a HE!

I had a vet tell me that Joe was a female too. Joe was full grown and humping everything in sight... he had the tail and the dent in in his plastron. A tort's penis is a "once seen, never forgotten" experience (Google it @Amelia.Walton and compare with what you see) Needless to say, I picked up Joe and left.

Yup, penis, and NOT a prolapse unless it gets stuck in the 'out' position.
