There was recently a Halloween photography contest on another reptile site, and I decided to join! The theme was flowers or skulls, and I didn’t have any skulls. Pancake(bearded dragon)was a lot more receptive to micromanaging than Curtis, lol.IMG_4761.jpgIMG_4762.jpgIMG_4770.jpgIMG_4782.jpgIMG_4784.jpgIMG_4786.jpgIMG_4787.jpgIMG_4806.jpgIMG_4807.jpgIMG_4814.jpgIMG_4822.jpgIMG_4824.jpgIMG_4825.jpgIMG_4826.jpgIMG_4828.jpgIMG_4830.jpgIMG_4847.jpgIMG_4854.jpgIMG_4855.jpgIMG_4858.jpgIMG_4860.jpgIMG_4865.jpg
And here’s the backdrop/where it was-IMG_4752.jpgIMG_4872.jpg
I could only submit one photo, so I used the first one. It was super hard to choose! I hope I chose the right one, lol.

Does anyone know what type of plant the one with the blue/purple flowers is? I’ve been wondering if it’s edible. It’s the one in the background.

I am not able to zoom in on thebackground flowers to see what exactly is back there but the only purplish/pink I can see is the Crape Myrtle flowers that are in the foreground . I am not able to see the “blue-purple” sorry, but all the pics are GREAT! Love them!

What great models!
I'm rarely right about plant id but could they be forget-me-nots? It's the tiny little flowers with more greenery, right? I have one of those plants and I thought it was a forget-me-not.

Nope, not forget me nots. The flower is just one oval, and not really flower shaped :)

I have those blue flowers in my yard too. I believe they are Dayflower Scientific name: Commelina communis but I'm not 100% sure.
I think we might have a match! They look very similar to that, and I’ll be sure to check tomorrow. I probably should have gotten a better picture, lol.
