Artemis loves her occasional shrimp. But I think banana is a close second. She loves rehydrated fruit mix like candy, so I make sure to mix up a little calcium powder and tortoise herbs so that its healthier.

Seems like banana is a pretty common favorite.

Drew would open his/her mouth wide open (and eats a lot faster) when it comes to shitake mushroom, papaya, pomelo, local fern, bell pepper, zucchini, earthworm, snail, poached chicken breast and gecko's tail (proteins are only given at about once a week almost like a treat). I did notice that he/she seems to like hibiscus and aloe vera more lately, this probably relates to RF's diet being very varied.

Earth worms, strawberries, and purple rose of Sharon. Yes purple (or blueish)..... must taste different than the white ones! Lol

Leo loves raspberries! Doesn't like mangoes or bananas, and lately won't eat strawberries.
I haven't tried feeding him protein yet, for chicken, should I try boiled? Didn't like eggs either (hardboiled)

Pokey and Pongose share favorites to the extent they each have a dinner plate at opposite ends of their habitat.

Mango, pumpkin, meal worms, marigolds, rose of Sharon, dandelion, mushroom, bell pepper, plum

if one of the above does not grace the plate everything stays uneaten

I hate to say it, but dog poo! My torts have free range of the back yard. They love their fruits, hibiscus, opuntia, and mazuri, but they seem to really relish a poo. They can track one down from 50 feet away, and I can't say the same for the other foods. They have an incredible (and gross) sense of smell. I know when I've missed picking up a poo, because I'll see a tort or two hunkered down in one spot for a while. It gets on their faces and makes for horrible family photos.

That's definitely the grossest one yet! Though I must admit I've caught mine snacking on his own poo a couple times!
