Where are you from? This definitely is not Orlitia. Any reason why you think it might be? I'd love more photos.
Judging from what I can see, it doesn't look like Heosemys, either. Looks like a Cyclemys, which, if that is the case, is generally an impossible genus to sort out at this time, as far as the identification of particular species. Educated guesses are the best that you can hope for on the species level, which gets easier if we know where you live and/or where this turtle came from.

Agree with @Anthony P Sure looks Cyclemys and possibly C dentata That would also make sense since you are in Brunei and found this turtle in your yard. Could also be C oldhamii by the looks. An overall carapace and plastron picture could help.
