OMG they aren't even your kids even funnier lol sorry but I do hope everything passed ok.
It hasn't passed yet so I'm a little worried:( The boys have made a card for me and a card for the tortoise. Their Mum said she will take the boys saved money to pay for vet bills if necessary, but i won't take it. If it hasn't passed within a few days I will take him.:)

Well the tortoise seems fine. He's moving around and making a mess as usual:) at least I won't be shelling out a fortune for vet bills. I do have to pay £20 for a new cup though:(
Good to hear he appears to be doing well. My desert tortoise once ate several inches of kite string. The vet cut the string and told us to watch and make sure it passed through him. It did with no problem.

Poor tortoise! Poor mooncup! Perhaps your tortoise liked your, umm... smell?
I'd personally use this as an opportunity to try out other "styles". :D
Have you checked out femininewear's site? They're based in the UK.

If your tortoise is eating, pooping, and drinking normal I wouldn't stress. The pieces may be so small you're not noticing o he is just taking his time moving it through.

This should be stickied and pasted to every "free indoor roam" thread. Make sure you are soaking frequently. I'm guessing he bit it into pieces, so I imagine it will pass rather easily. We've seen many sponges, chips bags, and others ingested and passed.

If I am correct this wasn't a case of free roaming, it was a case of young children doing dumb things that kids do.

I know. I wasn't clear. Meant it as a way of demonstrating that they can eat things on the floor.

He was in his enclosure not roaming.
