Hi Everyone,

Just joined this wonderful forum and wanted to drop a note to say hello to fellow tortoise lovers. We have recently added two Sulcata tortoises into the family. There is much to learn for us and we believe this forum will be of great help.

Thank you for having us.

Welcome to the forum. I am also a fellow Malaysian! They are adorable. Do note that Sulcatas grow very huge and you need to provide a ton of space as they grow. Many tortoise pairs don't do well, after all they are territorial in the wild. Good luck :D

Hello and welcome

I will back up the statement that they don't do well as pairs. They are solitary creatures that don't need, want or particularly like company. They don't get lonely and don't need a friend. See this
