Red footed tortoise upsidedown for 12 hours will he be ok?

The vet said he had high liver levels and gave him a mix of something with prethizone I'm not sure what it was cuz it's just letters but his white spot is gone now I think it was dry skin cuz after he had a good soak it was gone and hasn't come back.

I have a red footed (purchased his May 11 2021 a week later had to take hm to the vet he was given meds and just stopped taking those Sunday I noticed yesterday that he getting white spots on his neck. What is this? Should I take him back to the vet?

Thanks for the info I did have his tank to dry have fixed the issue and he is doing much better.

I just purchased a red footed tortoise last Tuesday and was wondering if it's normal for him to have crust on his eyes in the mornings? I put him in his water and let him soak when he gets out he seems fine. Is this normal?
