With sulcata's it'll probably have to be just one for me given my yard size not being enough for a herd of them.
I always try and just keep one of each type of turtle myself so I don't end up with more turts than I have tanks!
Right now I'm leaning towards trying to adopt a sulcata. I've been working on plans to build a heated shed if I go that route. You see them pop up (after they've grown to big for someone to keep in a small environment) every so often in my area for people desperately trying to rehome them.
