He has a Repti Basking Spot Lamp and a 26w UVB bulb. both turn on automatically at 8:00 am and turn off at 8:00pm

Hmmmm, his eyes don't seem to have a problem opening, so I don't know. How did you force him to eat his veggies? Whenever I put any food near his head he just walks away.

His enclosure is about 3ft by 2.5 feet with a large cave that he sleeps in pretty much every day. I have a UVB bulb and a Heat bulb on during the day, and the temperature is usually around 86˚F. His substrate is about an inch of Repti Bark spread throughout. Here are some pictures.

Update: Shellson is still not eating anything. I have tried a variety of different foods, all of which he used to love, but he rarely even seems to notice their presence. Could this have to do with the time of year?
