LOl.. cat food is processed for cats.. just noting that turtles.. box turtles, are omnivores, and a varied diet is very important.. moderation in processed foods would be a better and an assortment of both protein and veggies would be best..

Looks like a deficiencie .. dietary .. carrot soaks to start with.. are you supplementing with cuttle bone? Vitamin A ? Natural sunlight? I would seek out another vet and possibly have some blood work done.. your enclousure looks and sounds good Along with your food.. but something is missing.
