Your poor tort. Hopefully all is better now. I was fortunate enough that my tort didn't have any issues while on Fortaz. They can be such sensitive creatures sometimes.
There is a product called Critical Care that's available through vet clinics that see reptiles. My torts love it and it comes in Apple banana flavour. It might be a nice and healthy compromise while transitioning to greens?
I also wonder about cooked egg shell. When a dog is on a raw food diet, the shells are given in raw form. It's a big "no no" to give them cooked shell. Not quite sure why.
