i have gotten eye drops for him they are safe for him to use.

he cannot see his eyes won't open

the food dish has been placed by him but he still hasn't ate. He has poked his head out of his shell even more than the last time i checked on him.

I've been soaking him in banana baby food and still nothing. I have also tried to get him to eat bananas and that doesnt work either:(

What do i do about his eye? Should i get special eye drops for him. I've also heard that steam helps open their eyes.

The light is a bit bright not very though. His eyes weren't open at the reptile expo i just thought he was resting. I got a closer look at his eyes today and i found that one is open while the other is closed.

I use a 75 watt bulb for the day but the room he is kept in gets pretty hot so that raises the temp. And i read that coir gets stuck in their eyes so i tried to stay away from that. I do have organic soil that i use for my Russian. I could use that for this one too.

the temp during the day is around 80-85F and at night 75F. Does it matter what kind of plants to put into the cage?
