Oh about that. I took it for a walk under the summer sun for about 45 minutes, that's why it looked dry at that moment. The terrarium is constantly at 90-100% humidity. I also soak it on a daily basis.
When I woke up this morning and go check on my tort, I found that a piece of scale on its head had fallen off. That scale had been hanging onto its original spot for months and movable. I didnt try to pull it off as that could hurt my tort.
