Does anybody know any good plants for a tropical outdoor enclosure or good box turtle plants? I will either be using a large plastic storage container or a kiddie pool. The enclosure will also be between 1/4 water to 1/2 water.

I was thinking it would be big enough if it was laid in its side.

Has anybody heard of these? My friend is remaking his Russian Tort cage and was looking into these. Anybody ever used or have experience with them? Here's a link to the site. http://www.reptarium.com/

That's such a horrible story. Didn't they know not to let the dog's near the tortoise's?

I've been looking around my local Pet Store and i've been wondereing alot about what kinds of Live Food/Protein I should be feeding my Turtle. I came across this "Turtle Treat". It says it is high in Protein and Krill but, i was wondereing if you guys know any other good Protein Sources out...

Ok and should i be feeding Tortoise Food or Turtle Pellets. They have these Pellets that are for Turtles and Land Turtles should i be feeing it those?

What should i use as a temporary pool area? A small plastic container? I have a small pool area but its to small and not smooth.

Thanks, my Cousin has one with the coconut coir and a Asian Box Turtle and it tottaly gets all the bedding in its little pool he has at the other end of the tank. Would that mean just constently cleaning the pool or should the bedding be pressed so it wont stick to my turtle as muchh?
