Hello tortoise keepers it’s been a while since I. And on the forum. Okay about a year and a half ago I acquired a 2.1 group of adult wild caught tortoises. I bought them from Joe a reputable breeder from Florida. He said he believes the tortoises to be about 10 years old, and that he imported...

I keep my adult Redfoot tortoises outside and I do see them bask, mostly in the mornings, not for long periods of time but they do bask off and on during the day.

Ok thank you all who replied. I will give it a try and see if my tortoises like them.

Redfoot tortoise keepers, are Mulberry tree leaves that don’t produce fruit still edible? Can tortoises still consume them? or only fruit bearing Mulberry tree leaves? Yay or Nay?
