I am currently experiencing the same thing. I've only had my little guy for a week or so now, but he's already made his way into my heart. It's kind of hard not to be obsessed with the care and wellbeing of these amazing animals.

My little guy has some accidental aggression releases. If my finger is in the way when I am hand feeding him, lord knows what could happen.

How about smaller tortoises? Is it completely out of the question to handle Russians? I would love to get my little guy used to me handling him, but I don't want to stress him out either.

I've been wondering about this as well. It would be so interesting to be able to see what shenanigans my tort gets into when I'm not around.
